Dr. Daren Stafford, DPT, PT
Daren is originally from Centralia Washington and lived there for the first 19 years of his life. He has always loved the outdoors and while growing up, spent most vacations camping & hunting with his family.
As he grew, Daren found a deep love for playing and watching sports and considers himself a sports enthusiast and has enjoyed the benefits of athletic activity. Daren has played multiple sports over the years with Golf currently his favorite. This draw to athleticism has given him a first hand understanding of the benefits of exercise and how the body is impacted from physical activity.
Starting in high school Daren knew he wanted to be a healthcare provider of some sort and a leader in the community through service.
Daren attended Arizona State University for undergrad work prior to attending Creighton University where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007.
Dr. Stafford has been practicing in Elmore County in the home health and outpatient settings since 2009. He has developed strong and meaningful relationships with local medical providers. For this reason, when Dr. Stafford officially opened the doors of Stafford Physical Therapy in early 2018 it created a natural transition to his outpatient clinic in Mountain Home where he has since been proud to serve this community.
